Norris Named NAIA Baseball Pitcher of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Daniel Norris of McPherson College was named the NAIA Baseball Pitcher of the Week, the national office announced Tuesday. On Monday, he was named the KCAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week. In both instances, he was recognized for his performances from March 30-April 5. 

River Pecina of Marian (Ind.) was named the NAIA Baseball Player of the Week

Norris broke a school record this week for the most strikeouts in a single game, with 14 against York. He threw for eight innings and allowed no runs off of two hits in the victory.
