WICHITA, Kan. — Mackenzie Simmons and Curstin Brown, both of (RV) Ottawa University, have earned the KCAC Women's Lacrosse Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Wednesday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from April 8-14 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by

Simmons scored nine goals against Saint Mary on Wednesday. She also had three assists, 10 ground balls and won seven draw controls.This marks the third consecutive week in which Simmons has earned the KCAC Women'a Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, and the fifth time overall this season in which
