WICHITA, Kan. – Missouri Baptist University took the top spot in the 2024 KCAC Women's Lacrosse Preseason Coaches' Poll, the conference office announced Tuesday.
The Spartans, the KCAC regular season and conference tournament champions in 2023, earned 15 total points and three of five first-place votes. MBU narrowly edged out Ottawa University, who earned 14 total points and received the remaining two first-place votes. Rounding out the poll was Midland University at No. 3 with nine total points, the University of Saint Mary at No. 4 with seven total points, and the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy at No. 5 with five total points.
