KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Oklahoma Wesleyan University was ranked No. 4 in the 2026 NAIA Women's Soccer Preseason Coaches' Poll, the national office announced Wednesday. The Eagles are the lone KCAC team ranked in the preseason poll.
Oklahoma Wesleyan enters the 2026 season coming off of one of their most impactful seasons in program history. The Eagles went 21-2-2 overall in 2025, including a perfect 13-0 mark in conference play. OKWU earned the KCAC regular-season title, as well as the conference tournament title by defeating Friends University in penalty kicks in the championship final. The Eagles then advanced to the NAIA Women's Soccer National Championship tournament, where they advanced to the semifinals, the furthest the team has advanced in program history.
The next edition of the NAIA Women's Soccer Coaches' Poll is scheduled to be released Wednesday, September 2.
