KANSAS — The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) is proud to announce a partnership with
Explore Crawford County to assist with host responsibilities for the 2027 KCAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in Pittsburg, Kan. on February 5-6, 2027.
"The KCAC is extremely thankful, and excited for Explore Crawford County and their collaboration with us," Brandon Buchanan, KCAC Commissioner, stated. "This partnership only allows us to provide the best experience possible for our student-athletes and programs. We thank Explore Crawford County for their partnership and look forward to our work together growing going forward."
Explore Crawford County has contributed financial resources to help the KCAC offset some of the costs of hosting the event, and is working with the conference to provide volunteers for the event. The two organizations will continue to work together to provide the best experience possible for KCAC Indoor Track & Field athletes, coaches, and support personnel.

Plaster Center,” says Explore Crawford County Executive Director Sarah Runyon. "Championship events like this bring athletes, coaches, families, and fans into our community.
