KANSAS — Carson Dillard and Heaven Shockley, both of No. 15 Evangel University, have earned the KCAC Women's Basketball Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Monday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from Feb. 9-15 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by
Athletic Solutions.

Carson Dillard - #15 Evangel University

Dillard had a strong week for Evangel, helping the Valor go 2-0 against Southwestern and a red-hot Bethany team that had won eight of their last nine contests coming into Saturday's game. The senior averaged 21 points per game, shooting over 50 percent from the floor. Dillard also averaged a pair of rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 2.5 steals per contest last week.

Defensive Player of the Week
Heaven Shockley - #15 Evangel University

Shockley had a strong week defensively for Evangel, helping the Valor go 2-0 against Southwestern and Bethany. The junior finished the week averaging four steals per game, including six in a win over Bethany, paired with four blocks against the Swedes. Shockley averaged 5.5 rebounds per contest, 4.0 steals, and 2.5 blocks per game, while averaging 8.0 points from the floor.
