KANSAS — Anahi Ibarra-Arevalo of Friends University and Kendall Davis of Kansas Wesleyan University have earned this week's KCAC Women's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Monday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from Oct. 20-26 by a vote of conference sports information directors.

In a matchup pivotal for KCAC postseason seeding, Anahi Ibarra-Arevalo put in the only goal of the match to give the Friends University Falcons a 1-0 victory over Tabor College on Senior Night Saturday (Oct. 25). The Falcons maintain the second spot in the KCAC with an 8-1-2 mark, while Tabor is fourth at 6-3-2 in the league. Ibarra-Arevalo is now second on the Falcons with six goals along with a team-leading five assists on the season.

Defensive Player of the Week
Kendall Davis - Kansas Wesleyan University

Davis moved into the starting 11 this week and had a great week. She helped the Coyotes record two clean sheets at the outside back position, where both opponents tried to attack from. Davis also delivered on offense, with a goal and an assist on the week.
