WICHITA, Kan. — Daniela Herrera of Bethel College was named the KCAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. Herrera was selected for her performances from Oct. 7-13 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by Equity Bank.

Herrera competed in the ITA Cup, and she (and her partner Daniela Casique) were the only KCAC players to take away a win in any capacity at the event, which came against a great match against the doubles team from William Carey. This marks the second time this season Herrera has been named the KCAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week.
