KANSAS — Alli Mickelsen of Kansas Wesleyan University and Natalie Morgan of No. 14 Evangel University have earned the KCAC Softball Pitcher and Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Monday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from April 13-19 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by
Athletic Solutions.

Jr. | RHP/UTL | Pleasant Grove, Utah
Mickelsen was stellar for the Coyotes this week. Her highlights came against Ottawa, as she pitched a two-hit shutout against the Braves with seven strikeouts, then came on in relief in the second game and held Ottawa without a hit as the Coyotes tried to rally in the game.

Natalie Morgan - #14 Evangel University

Morgan had a strong week at the plate and behind the plate for Evangel last week. The freshman went 8-10, recording five RBIs and scoring five runs, while working four walks in the 3-1 week. Natalie also was a perfect 20-20 on putouts last week, continuing her strong start to her EU career.
