Baker Sweeps KCAC Women's Flag Football Weekly Honors

KANSAS — Sanija Waller and Daniela Canals, both of No. 4 Baker University, have earned the KCAC Women's Flag Football Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Monday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from March 16-22 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by Athletic Solutions.

Waller totaled nine touchdowns in back-to-back wins for the Wildcats last week. She threw for two touchdowns and rushed for another in a big 31-6 win over No. 6 Kansas Wesleyan before scoring six times on the road at Hesston the very next day.
