WICHITA, Kan. — Angel Ioane Kaio of Midland University and Kaley Phillips of Baker University have earned the KCAC Women's Flag Football Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Monday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from March 10-16 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by Equity Bank.

Kaio, a senior from Anchorage, Alaska, guided the Warriors to a 3-1 record this week. She completed 55.2% of her passes for 895 yards and 16 touchdowns. Her best game came against Bryant & Stratton, where she threw for 254 yards and seven touchdowns.
