WICHITA, Kan. — The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) is pleased to announce an agreement to partner through December 2027 with uReport to be the conference's official AI-assisted tool for generating sports content.
"We at the KCAC conference office are excited to form a partnership with uReport, and all of the new possibilities provided by using their AI-assisted tools," Mark Hoffhines, Assistant Commissioner of Sports Information and Communications, said. "In the sports information world, AI has become a critical part of an sports information director's "toolbox," and is being used more and more often at the small college level where resources and staff can be limited. uReport can help save valuable time and resources in content generation for our member institutions. We are happy to join the NAIA and many other conferences that have partnered with uReport."
uReport allows for real-time story publishing, using their AI assistance to collect data from box scores, results, etc. and transform that data into an easy-to-digest piece of content about your favorite institution. uReport still allows for customization, with photo and video features to supplement the text in articles.
"We are thrilled about our partnership between uReport and the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference," Peter Fitzpatrick, CEO of uReport, remarked. "uReport will be able to take coverage of all KCAC athletic events to the next level, highlighting all the great achievements of its student-athletes and providing rich content for every team and program."
