KANSAS – The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) has announced a three-year partnership with Spry, naming Spry its official athletics management platform beginning September 1, 2026. The partnership will provide KCAC’s 14 member institutions with access to a unified platform designed to support the day-to-day demands of collegiate athletics administration.
With member institutions spanning Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska, the KCAC represents athletics departments with different programs, priorities, and operational needs. Spry gives each institution the flexibility to manage those needs within one platform while creating a more connected approach to critical athletics workflows across the conference.
Through Spry, KCAC institutions will be able to centralize areas such as compliance, communication, scheduling, and other daily operations that can otherwise require multiple disconnected systems. Bringing more of that work into one place can help departments reduce administrative burden, improve visibility, and give staff more time to focus on their student-athletes and programs.
The partnership also gives KCAC institutions access to infrastructure that can grow alongside their departments. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Spry provides the flexibility for member institutions to build workflows around the way their departments operate today while continuing to adapt as their needs evolve.
