KANSAS — Carson Dillard and Ali Kamies, both of (RV) Evangel University, have earned the KCAC Women's Basketball Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Monday. The two student-athletes were selected for their performances from Oct. 27-Nov. 2 by a vote of conference sports information directors.
Offensive Player of the Week
Carson Dillard - (RV) Evangel University
5-7 | Sr. | G | Farmington, Ark.
Dillard helped lead Evangel to a record-breaking performance in their 133-30 win over Crowley's Ridge, scoring 25 points in just 12 minutes of play. Dillard shot 81.8 percent from the floor, nailing five three pointers in the win. Dillard also passed off three assists in the contest.

In what really could be a team honor for Evangel's defense (54 forced turnovers in the 133-30 win over Crowley's Ridge), Kamies led Evangel with eight steals, also scoring 11 points in the home-opening victory to help EU move to 1-0.
