KANSAS — The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) conducted its 2025 KCAC Women's Basketball Preseason Coaches' and Media Polls, with Evangel University leading the Coaches' Poll, and Tabor College leading the Media Poll.
In the Coaches' Poll, the Valor took the top spot, accumulating 161 total points and nine of the fourteen first-place votes. Friends University was in the No. 2 spot in the coaches' poll, with 147 total pionts and two first-place votes. Rounding out the Top Five in the coaches' poll are Tabor (132 total points), the University of Saint Mary (123 total points), and Bethel College (118 total points). The three remaining first-place votes from the coaches went to No. 6 Kansas Wesleyan (two first-place votes) and No. 7 Sterling (one first-place vote).

In the Media Poll, Tabor secured the No. 1 position behind 123 total points and four of a possible 10 first-place votes. Friends was right on their heels, coming in at No. 2 witgh 121 total points. Evangel was ranked No. 3 with 112 total points and three first-place votes, while Kansas Wesleyan was No. 4 with 110 total points and two first-place votes. Saint Mary rounded out the Top Five with 87 total points. The remaining first-place vote went to No. 13 Southwestern College.
