KANSAS — Jason Bowers of No. 24 Friends University has been named the KCAC Men's Wrestler of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. Bowers was selected for his performances from Nov. 10-16 by a vote of conference Sports Information Directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by Athletic Solutions.

Bowers defeated Skyler Geer by Majority Decision 14-1 to help the Friends University Falcons upend NCAA D-II Newman University 27-17. He then went 4-2 at the Grand View Open in the 184 pound Open Division, including winning two matches by fall and one by tech fall.
