KANSAS — Alexis Means of (RV) Friends University has been named the KCAC/Sooner Athletic Conference Women's Wrestler of the Week, the KCAC conference office announced Monday. Means was selected for her performances from Nov. 3-9 by a vote of the conferences' Sports Information Directors. The KCAC and Sooner merged to one national qualifying group in women's wrestling in 2025-26, and have chosen to honor one Women's Wrestler of the Week between the two conferences. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by
Athletic Solutions.

Means stormed to the victory in the 145-pound division of the Ottawa Open, winning all five matches by technical fall for the Friends University Falcons. Means' five matches lasted only a combined total of 9 minutes and 23 seconds.
