KANSAS — Maia Rubio, Jaylea Laughlin, and Maria Luisa Caycedo, all of Oklahoma Wesleyan University, have earned this week's KCAC Women's Volleyball Attacker, Setter, and Defender of the Week honors, respectively, the conference office announced Tuesday. The three student-athletes were selected for their performances from Sept. 14-20 by a vote of conference sports information directors. All KCAC Player of the Week honors are presented by
Athletic Solutions.
Attacker of the Week
Maia Rubio - Oklahoma Wesleyan University
Jr. | OH/OPP | Santiago Del Estero, Argentina
Rubio's play propelled Oklahoma Wesleyan to a 2-0 record on the week, including picking up a 3-1 conference victory over Evangel. On the week, she had 28 kills (4.0/set), and also contributed 26 digs (3.71/set).

This marks the second time this season that Laughlin has been named the KCAC Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week.
