KANSAS - The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the 2026 All-Conference teams and individual award winners for women's tennis. Student-athletes were selected for all awards by a vote of the KCAC head women's tennis coaches.
Oklahoma Wesleyan University earned the KCAC Women's Tennis regular-season title with a perfect 12-0 mark in conference play. The Eagles held Bethel College at bay in the standings, as the Threshers finished second at 11-1. The Eagles' head coach, Julia Mongin, was named the KCAC Women's Tennis Coach of the Year by her peers for the second year in a row.
Silva Avakian of Friends University took home the KCAC Women's Tennis Player of the Year award for the second time in her career (2024). Bethel had two players earn KCAC Women's Tennis individual awards this season, as Sara Ladino was named the KCAC Women's Tennis Newcomer of the Year, and teammate Grace Dawes received the KCAC Women's Tennis Scholar-Athlete of the Year honor.
The remaining individual awards were earned by student-athletes from Sterling College and Kansas Wesleyan University. Danna Arroyo of Sterling was named the KCAC Women's Tennis Freshman of the Year, while Alivia Sherer of Kansas Wesleyan received the KCAC Women's Tennis Sportsmanship Award.
