Oklahoma Wesleyan No. 19 in Final NAIA Women's Soccer National Selection Committee Poll of the 2026 Season

KANSAS CITY, Mo.  – Oklahoma Wesleyan University was ranked No. 19 in the final NAIA Women's Soccer National Selection Committee (NSC) poll of the 2026 season, the national office announced Wednesday. This marks a move down two spots from the spot they occupied in the previous NSC poll.

Members of NSC each completed an individual ballot to evaluate teams based on approved criteria used to select and seed the national championship field. They are using the same data for the polls that will be used in November, when the selection committee conducts their final meeting to determine the national championship field, which will be released on November 13.

TOP FIVE CAPSULES

1. Keiser (Fla.)

The Seahawks continue to soar at the top of the NSC Top 25 poll heading into conference tournament time. Sporting an overall record of 13-0-2, KU is 9-0-1 over its last 10 matches. They have also left no doubt: in nine of those ten matches, they outscored opponents by an astonishing 48-4, a 12:1 ratio as the Seahawks sport the fourth best goals against average ration in the NAIA at 0.40. The entire team has chipped in on the offensive side of things as well, with Luisa Fontes leading the way at seven goals across 910 minutes played. The Keiser goalkeepers have only needed to make a total of 31 saves all season long. That equates out to just over two saves per match, 2.07 saves per match, actually.

2. Grace (Ind.)

The Lancers continue to hold steady at No. 2 in the final NSC poll of the season and right on the talons of the Seahawks. Grace’s offense over the last ten matches has outscored opponents 30-3, including two matches that ended in 0-0 draws, one to Marian (Ind.) and the other to Spring Arbor (Mich.). The Lancers’ defense and goalkeeping have been solid throughout the season as well, sitting fifth nationally in goals-against average at 0.44. The goalkeeper duties have been split amongst Elaina Clapp and Ivy Cline this season, but regardless of which student-athlete is in goal for the Lancers, they both have been fantastic. Cline is sporting a 0.71 goal against average with a .769 save percentage across 765 minutes, while Clapp has a 0.13 goal against average and a .950 save percentage in 675 minutes.

3. Indiana Wesleyan

IWU is another team that knows how to score goals from opponents as they sport a 0.53 goals against average to sit tenth nationally. Having only one loss through the last ten matches, the Wildcats follow a similar story to the two teams above them: a similar goals-against average at 0.53 and a lights-out goalkeeper in Avery Sluss with an .816 save percentage. Offensively, Alyssa Hamann and Avery Williams lead the way with 14 and 10 goals each, while a majority of the team has at least one assist contributing to the team’s success this season.

4. Cumberlands (Ky.)

The Patriots climbed two spots in the final NSC poll of the season with records of 9-2-3 overall and 5-1-0 in Mid-South Conference action. The Patriots are 7-2-1 in their last 10 matches, with the two bad results comingagainst Keiser and Campbellsville (Ky.). Laura Bosca leads the way for UC, having a team-best seven goals and five assists on the season. Sophomore Morgan White has commanded the goalkeeping duties for a majority of the season, having 900 minutes between the posts and a .789 save percentage with four shutouts.

5. Spring Arbor (Mich.)

The Cougars were one of two teams to make a six-spot climb this week. Spring Arbor rises to No. 5 nationally. Sitting third in the North ARC this week, SAU has gone 7-2-1 over its last ten matches with an overall mark of 12-2-2. Spring Arbor is among the top five in the latest RPI. The Cougars have allowed just four goals over their past ten matches behind two stellar goalkeepers: freshman Kailey Walcott, who has posted a 0.35 goals-against average and a .864 save percentage across 765 minutes, and junior goalkeeper Mia Warner, who holds a 0.54 goals-against average and a .826 save percentage across her 671:36 minutes played.
