WICHITA, Kan. — The KCAC is proud to announce the 2023 KCAC Women's Volleyball Preseason Team. The team is comprised of returning All-KCAC first and second-team players from the 2022 season, in addition to one honoree from Evangel who made the All-Heart of America Conference second team a season ago.
Players highlighting the 2023 Preseason Team are Radaisy Valdez of Ottawa University, Rylee Serpan of Kansas Wesleyan University, and Sophia Wicker of Southwestern College
.
All three players were first-team All-KCAC honorees a season ago, and Valdez and Serpan were NAIA Honorable Mention All-Americans. Serpan was named the 2022 KCAC Volleyball Freshman of the Year, and Wicker was named the 2022 KCAC Volleyball Defender of the Year.
The preseason team includes one graduate student, 11 seniors, three juniors, and four sophomores.
